Supplier acknowledges that as a government contractor, IDEXX is subject to various federal laws, executive orders, and regulations regarding equal opportunity and affirmative action which may also be applicable to Supplier. Accordingly, Supplier shall, to the extent they apply, abide by the requirements of 41 CFR §§ 60-300.5(a) and 60-741.5(a).
